This filter offers maximum cleaning efficiency by utilizing a 9 watt UV clarifier that cleans water with ultraviolet light combined with a pressurized filtration system. The mechanical and biological filtration helps water move quickly through the filter so debris doesn’t settle in your pond. Bio balls are utilized to provide a larger surface area to promote the growth of beneficial bacteria while dual filtration pads catch large and small debris. The result, a clean pond with improved water quality that is safe for fish and plants to thrive.

The Pond Boss Pressurized Biological Filter up to 900 Gallons works by pushing your pond water through several chambers containing dense and file filters. The water then passes over bio balls which contain helpful bacteria to clean your pond naturally, helping it stay fresh, clean, and clear. The beneficial bacteria help in the breakdown of harmful bacteria in your pond so your fish and pond ecosystem remain happy and healthy. The pump is not included in this kit.
