Airmax SilentAir G75 (RP75 72R) 3/4 HP Maintenance Kit

Replacement Maintenance Kit is designed to replace worn parts inside each 3/4 HP G75 (RP75 72R) Airmax SilentAir Dual Rocking Piston Compressor. We recommend installing a maintenance kit every 12 to 18 months to ensure optimum airflow performance. Kit includes everything you need to restore your Airmax Aeration System to its maximum potential.

This maintenance kit is compatible with aeration models: PondSeries PS40, PS80, and LakeSeries LS60. These systems have the G75 ( sold 2022-present) compressor or RP75 72R (sold 2016-2022) compressor.

Kit Components

• 2 Valve Plates With Pre-Installed Leaf Valves
• 2 Head O-Rings
• 2 Cylinder Sleeves
• 2 Piston Cups
• 2 Cylinder O-Rings
• 8 Head Screws (4 have the Torx Head)
• 4 Tube O-Rings
• Pinch Clamp (Included in case of pinch clamp failure)

Required Tools

• T20 and T25 Torx Wrenches
• 1/8″, 5/32″, 1/4″, 1/2″, and 5/8″ Allen Wrenches
• Pick Tool
• Pipe Joint Compound or Teflon Tape
