Airmax G25 (RP25 74R) 1/4 HP Maintenance Kit is a replacement part designed for SilentAir 1/4 HP Single Rocking Piston Compressor. This kit includes everything you need to restore your aeration system to its maximum potential. We recommend installing a maintenance kit every 12 to 18 months to ensure optimum airflow performance. Kits can be used on AM30 or PS10 systems purchased prior to 2016.

Kit Components

• 1 Cylinder Sleeve
• 1 Cylinder Gasket
• 1 Piston Cup
• 2 O-Ring Gasket
• 2 Leaf Valves
• 4 Screws (The 2 with the Torx head will not be used)

Required Tools

• 5/32″ and 1/8″ Allen Wrench
• Flathead Screwdriver
• Small Pick Tool

• 1 Valve Plate with Pre-Installed Leaf Valves
• 1 Cylinder Sleeve
• 1 Piston Cup
• 2 Head O-Rings
• 1 Cylinder O-Ring
• 2 Torx Head Screws

• T20 and T25 Torx Wrenches
• 5/8″ Wrench
• Pipe Joint Compound or Teflon Tape
