Description
Atlantic-OASE AquaMax Eco Premium Pond Pump
Product Details
The Oase AquaMax Eco Premium solids-handling pump is versatile and keeps your water clean. This pump is perfect for ponds because it can handle up to 3/8″ debris before sending it to a filter. It’s also eco-friendly, using less energy with a secondary adjustable suction control to vary the flow to the satellite filter or skimmer between 0% and 100%.
A Seasonal Flow Control (SFC) feature slows the flow and reduces wattage up to 50% as the weather gets cold. You can put this pump underwater, or if you prefer, set it up outside the water with the included bracket. It’s easy to install, with adjustable pivoting nozzles for kink-free tubing and Sch 40 plumbing. And don’t worry about winter—this pump won’t freeze up, even in super cold temps down to -4°F.
If something goes wrong, such as it runs dry or gets clogged, the built-in Environmental Function Control (EFC) on all AquaMax Eco Premium Pumps automatically protects itself. Pulse 6 technology motors with patented Seasonal Flow Control (SFC) can be regulated by optional Oase Eco Control or Garden Cloud Controller.
Seasonal Flow Control (SFC)
Depending on the temperature, the SFC function regulates the flow, saving additional energy.

Secondary Suction Control
Versatility of running submersed or inline, and in fresh, salt and chlorine water makes this pump the perfect choice for a wide range of applications.

Pulse 6 Technology
New motor technology with more magnets, creating less vibration, make these motors 35% more efficient than the motors without this technology. Creating a smoother rotation and less wear, improving durability and eliminates whistling noise.

Oase Control Port
Oase Eco Premium Pumps are built with the pulse 6 technology motor and feature an OC port at the back of the pump. Control pump flow and Seasonal Flow Control (SFC) setting via OC connection through the Oase Control App.

When to Use
Synchronous electronic pumps are designed for in-pond applications where debris is delivered through the pump to a filtration system. Oase AquaMax Eco Premium is an energy efficient solids-handling pump with a second intake that can connect to an optional auxiliary intake or skimmer.
The AquaMax Eco Premium Pump is ideally suited for applications where suction is required from different areas of the pond for increased circulation to eliminate stagnant spots around the pond. This pump features an adjustment and secondary outlet so you can connect the pump to a pond filter, satellite filter, or satellite skimmer.
Installation
The Oase AquaMax Eco Premium Pump can be used in a variety of fresh, chlorine, and salt water applications for pumping water for filter systems, waterfall systems and water course systems. Submerge it under water or run inline by removing large-surface, wrap-around pre-filter and using mounting bracket to secure. Always place the unit below the water level. Place the unit horizontally on the ground ensuring its stable position.
When operating the pump with the satellite filter or skimmer, turn the inlet regulator to a position between 1 to 4. If the pump is operating with the second inlet closed, turn the inlet regulator to 0.
Pulse 6 Technology
Oase AquaMax Eco Premium Pumps are built with a pulse 6 technology motor.
Pulse 6 Technology Motors: have an option OC control system connection (OC Port) on the back of the pump to regulate the pump capacity locally or over the intert through the Oase Control App or Oase Garden Cloud Controller.
Winter Care
The unit is frost resistant to -4 °F (minus 20 °C). Should you store the unit outside of the pond, clean it thoroughly with a soft brush and water, check it for damage, then store immersed in water or filled with water. Do not immerse the power plug in the water!
How to Read a Water Pump Flow Chart
The Flow Chart below is designed to allow you to plot your pond’s water-flow requirements, and easily determine which pond pump will meet those requirements.
Start by calculating your pond’s specific water-flow requirements, measured by Head Pressure (Feet) and Gallons Per Hour (GPH) water flow. Our Interactive Pond Help Guide to Choosing a Pond Pump will guide you step-by-step through the process.
Flow Chart

After plotting your calculation on the Flow Chart, find a pump that falls in the middle third of the pump curve, not too close to either axis. Pumps that fall on the fringes of the curve will not work as efficiently for your application, and they will be pushed to their operating limits, reducing their life span.
Other Considerations When Choosing a Pump:
It’s Better to Oversize than Undersize: You are better to slightly oversize a pump than to undersize. When oversizing, you can always install a ball valve to reduce the water down to your desired flow.
Check Your Other Equipment: Choose a pump that does not exceed the indicated maximum flow rate on your filter or water feature. Also, be sure the tubing you select can handle the flow rate of your pump.
